Project: 1st TA for Long Son petrochemical plant

1. POSITIONS AVAILABLE & SALARY RANGE:

Turnaround Mechanical Static Engineer (Included Vietnamese and expat): at least 2500 USD (Gross salary)

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years of experience in related role (prefer have Turnaround (TA) experience, in refinery or petrochemical facilities)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical discipline
Fluent in English (is a must)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hands-on planning and scheduling experience covering Turnaround scopes for critical static equipment, including: Towers, Drums, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Blinding packages

3. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMIT TO):

Development and validation of the overall turnaround work scope in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability and TA management team.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations, inspection, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and executable plans.
Planning/Expediting/organizing/problem solving TA preparation work including TA execution period
Preparation, integration and maintenance of the Turnaround Master Schedule using MS office or MS project for the assigned TA package.
Review and validate contractor schedules, resource estimates (manpower & equipment), and sequencing for effective schedule control.
Facilitate structured scope review and alignment meetings to ensure completeness, risk identification, and prioritization.
Coordinates with operating facilities and contractors as necessary to ensure turnaround schedule alignment, analyze schedule data, ensure turnaround shutdown, start-up procedures are effectively sequenced and resource loaded, and provide regular updates to TA management team scopes.
Develop standardized processes, work packages, and best practices to improve planning quality and efficiency.
Serve as the central coordination point among Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Capital Projects, Contractors, and Procurement.
