PASS THE INTERVIEW – START WORK IMMEDIATELY | LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

1. POSITIONS AVAILABLE & SALARY RANGE:

  • HR Officer: 10–12 million VND/month (gross)
  • Admin (Production Team): 10-12 million VND/mont (gross)

2. REQUIREMENTS:

HR Officer

  • Male/Female, aged 25–30
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or other related fields
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; experience in factory recruitment is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Admin (Production Team)

  • Female, aged from 22 to 28
  • College degree or higher (any major)
  • Good command of English (mandatory)
  • At least 1 year of experience in factory/admin roles
  • Experience working with any management software/system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Officer

  • Executed full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial screening to offer extension
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Coordinating offboarding activities, including resignation letter and necessary paperwork
  • Prepared and managed employment contracts and HR-related documents (labor contracts, NDAs, handovers, performance evaluations).
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, both hard copy and electronic, ensuring timely updates and corrections.
  • Coordinated onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Authored and revised company policies, providing strategic HR guidance to align with legal standards and best practices.

Admin (Production Team)

  • Arrange and prepare content for periodic meetings
  • Update purchase requests for production equipment and PPE on the system
  • Check quotations and verify order/invoice information
  • Handle other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager
