1. POSITIONS AVAILABLE & SALARY RANGE:

2. REQUIREMENTS:

Male/Female, aged 25–30
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or other related fields
Fluent in English (mandatory)
At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; experience in factory recruitment is preferred
Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
Proficient in Microsoft Office

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executed full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial screening to offer extension
Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Coordinating offboarding activities, including resignation letter and necessary paperwork
Prepared and managed employment contracts and HR-related documents (labor contracts, NDAs, handovers, performance evaluations).
Maintaining accurate employee records, both hard copy and electronic, ensuring timely updates and corrections.
Coordinated onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Authored and revised company policies, providing strategic HR guidance to align with legal standards and best practices.
